I don't understand why my anxiety is going so haywire. The only thing I can think of is PMS, but I've never had anxiety as a symptom of that before. Last night I thought it could have been a combination of caffiene and PMS, but I haven't had any caffeine today and my anxiety level is spiking. I'm not even doing anything, just watched shows and knit all day. Now I am playing computer games and listening to Pottercast. There is no reason why I should be feeling anxious.
I dunno, maybe there is too much going on in my head.
