The shit hits the fan

My sister's roomate is being a complete dick. Two nights ago, he told her she had until Jan 1st to move out. Last night it went from being Dec 1st to THIS MONDAY at 7pm. The fucker never signed her onto the lease, so he can do whatever he wants. Last night, I sent him this email:
"Hello Paul. This is Sarah, Leah's sister. What I would really like to know is why are you pulling this shit on her when she is out of province and can't do anything? What has she done to hurt you so bad that you are putting her into a situation to make her homeless?? She will be home TOMORROW NIGHT! Why couldn't you wait 2 days to let her enjoy the last days of her vacation? Why are you being such a dick to someone who has been your friend since highschool? Someone who has LENT YOU HER CAR and co-signed you on her CREDIT CARD. All that stuff I said about you when I was pissed off in Edmonton, is obviously true, because if it wasn't, you would have more courtesy and decency than to do this to ANYONE, let alone Leah."
He replies with this:
"Hi Sarah
What business is this of yours???
again you have no say in this matter leah is a big girl and she can handle herself, again if you knew the whole story you would still be on her side cause she is your sister
but yet again i will just delete this email as again this does have nothing to do with yourself
you have a great night and i will talk to you later!"
Well, since he'll "just delete this email", I sent him a one sentence reply, saying that Leah has the hat and I won't be contacting him again.
There is a fucking hell of a lot I would like to say, and I figured that here is the perfect place to do so. If he somehow finds this and wants to bitch, I will totally bring it.
What I would like to say:
"It's my business because SHE IS MY SISTER and you are fucking her over. The only side of the story that I don't know is why you are doing this to her, which would also be what she doesn't know. Oh yeah, we had a fantastic night, trying to figure out where Leah is going to live when she gets back to Alberta TONIGHT."

As you can tell, I am fucking furious and really just want to get stoned out of my mind. I'll be smoking (cigarettes) every chance I get today, and planning on holing up and spending time with my iTunes this evening (after Leah leaves). I seriously think I am feeling murderous. I am shaking so much. I don't know why he has to be a fuckhead.

Sorry about the ranting, but there might be more of it in the near future. I can put up a filter I guess, but I am too pissed off and exhausted to give a fuck right now.

p.s. I am wearing a Mr. Happy shirt for the irony.

I never want to be 50.

Today was aweful, but good. Leah found 3 (maybe 4) places to look at tomorrow. Her friend from work is going to go with her. She is going to move as much of her stuff as she can into her storage unit. We went to see my oma before going to the airport. My aunt took one look at me and knew something was wrong. I bawled my eyes out at the airport and for at least 20 minutes in the car afterward. There is a party here tonight, but I do not want to see anyone. I am sitting in my room, because that is what I want to do. My father emailed me to ask about iPods and recording software. I really just don't want to be anywhere right now. I just don't want to be.

The positive note is that my nameless (plush) cat now has a name: Henry Phillip.

For myself:
"I miss my kitty cat."
"Where's your kitty cat?"
"I don't have it."
"That's right. She's gone to a better place now."

Day 12: "Good-day, and welcome to day twelve."

My mom rang the doorbell at 10am. Leah got up for a shower and I threw on some clothes. We drove to Niagara Falls, so I could drop off a form and Leah could talk to her Credit Union. We picked up subs before heading to her home in Stevensville. We all had lunch and then sat in the living room to visit for a while. My mom and sister went back into the kitchen to trip Leah's hair. Tom put on Are You Being Served, the movie, so I sort of watched that for a bit. I got the other half of my cake and my mom dropped us off back at my house around 3. Leah went for a nap. I read for a bit and napped a little also. I had a sausage and egg sandwich with leftover potato salad for dinner; Leah had her "traditional" chicken fingers and eggrolls. We also drank cherry 7up. I really like cherry 7up.
After we ate, Leah wanted to go to the store, so we did. When we got back, we watched Clerks and Clerks II while I put her hair in braids. After the movies, it was time for her to pack. Well, all of that was fine until asshole text-messaged her. (See entry: The shit hits the fan for details.) I ended up phoning my mom at 1am and we had a sob-fest. I think I finally passed out shortly after 3am. Leah was still talking to Matthew when I fell asleep.

Day 13: Too Soon To Say Goodbye

I sort of already wrote about today. I woke up around 10am. I read an Archie comic for an hour and took meds at 11. Went downstairs for breakfast at 11:30. Leah got up around that time and ate as well. I went upstairs for a bath and Leah talked to Elaine. After my bath, Leah came upstairs for a shower and then we had to finish packing. My mom showed up around 2:30pm and we were off. It turns out, Leah's luggage was 0.6kg over the weight limit, but the attendant didn't charge her any extra for it.
Everything else of importance has already been told.
