Were I really get the technology I really wanted it would be a turntable that would take all my vinyl, clean it up, and convert it all to MP3s.

You can get those digital record players now for about $100 I think. It'll record your vinyl straight to digital.

I've only seen them burn to CD, with no clean up, and at about $450.00.

If/when I can afford it, I really would like to start collecting physical CDs again and having all of my digital on physical.

For the time being, the majority of physical CDs I acquire recently have been gifts. Almost everything in the photo was purchased while I was in highschool (yay disposable income!)
